Job Description:
- Administrative Duties (answer phone, typing, courier pkgs, etc.)
- Event Planning Process (research, quotes, proposals, contracts)
- Client Correspondence
- Onsite Event Work
- Schedule & Liaise with Event Staff
- Maintain Various Databases
Required Skills:
- Event Experience (not necessary, but beneficial)
- Basic Computer Experience (Word, Excel, Outlook, Maximizer)
- Excellent interpersonal and time management skills
- Good communications (both written and verbal)
- Detail Oriented
- Office Skills
- Ability to multi task & meet deadlines
- Valid Drivers License and/or Own Transportation

In my country there winter min is 15 ° C, I would like to know how Canada handled through the winter, transportation of the products and all in event planning.
